Server is unplayable right now.

I'm playing for a little bit over 2 months now on Gamez BD and was very surprised from the first Day how well it goes. I connect from Germany and still just have around 100ms. Everything worked fine and no Lag was noticeable. However, since the Update on 09/29/2018 which brought an Upgrade to the network bandwidth it became worse. But the real Problem started Today. After [Update] 10/02/2018 it became completely unplayable for me. I hit Mobs, nothing happens and 2 sec later they explode, huge Delay! Players on Horses Rubberbanding from one to the other Side, no need to talk about PvP... What happened? I first thought it is because of the increased Player Base, but there are currently only 2200 Online. I already played togheter with 3800 People without any issues. Please bring the Server back to the normal Conditions, i just donated $100 yesterday and now this...

 

My guild and the 94 other people in it are having a similar experience currently, big update wiz/witch fixed, birthday gifts, but unable to play the game without rubberbanding all over the map makes the gifts inconsequential. My wife and I are both premium members, and have spent some extra on top of this, I don't mind supporting something that works, but right now it's not working.
