Server Location?

    I know others have asked this previously in the past but searching through the threads, I'm getting contradicting results compared to ingame pings. Are all three servers really in the same location?

    My average pings varies dramatically over some servers: Siel (250), Crystal aka Test server (200) however Lumiel (400).

    Some have said Lansing, Michigan, others mention Dallas, Texas. Why do I get the ping response for Lumiel different than the other servers? :unsure:

    To my understanding is in Chicago... though i dont know for sure, but the WTF works better when I select that location.
