hehehe.... just today... we found a templat and a glad together in heiron... the glad killing from 1 hit and running like hell in the middle of like 20 players.... and the templar hittin really strong moving like hell and many sorcerers and dps attacking him.. and getting 0 damage....

we called AMs and waht happend???? nothing.... thy continue with that over n over....

uppss.. i forgot in a momment the templar glinding went up on a mountain.... thats was really funny...

hey... another 1... can you tell me how to logg off while u r figthing or while u r running??? cuz when i do it.. and i receive a hit.. the logg off cancel.. or if i try to do it running if i move my pj it cancel too... u know i can save APs... and the guy dont kill me...

i really dont understand why hack when u can play fair at the fullest and it is fun..hacking might make u like a god in game but i dont see any fun on it, there is no real achievement..and even u killed and owned many enemies ur not making a good reputation as a good player but a pathetic desperate hacker.

 

if i were u i will report those shop mates of urs who abuse and using hacks in game.... let's make this game community hack free....

 

Actually what you are asking is Illegal... and to tell you the truth with how the things are going on around probably the hackers will continue on game, AND probably ban you for good for trying to run from them... xD

 

yeah... i know that... and im not asking to 1 to give to me... im just being sarcastic about that... cuz thats really cmon right now in gamez.... i was fighting to a sin.. and he loggoff fighting.. the same with an SM.. he was running and i was hitting following and desappear like nothing...

 

altho we always dont have alot of time to play on our regular characters, we do however make it a point to search for cheaters/hackers as best we can. however.. every private server does in fact have hackers, we do strive to find them. hence why we appreciate YOU ! the players!! for reporting all the hackers you find so we may take the appropriate action to get rid of them.

I'm sorry that we're incapable of monitoring every member of our respective servers 24/7. We're not infallible. We strive to do our best to help this community prosper; I find it offensive that many of you all accuse us of not caring/being lazy.

The grass isn't always greener on the other side. Many of you believe that we do this to boost our e-peens with some meaningless title/forum avatar. It's not that glamorous being an AM. We don't enjoy sitting here watching our actions frustrate you all. If we don't ban someone it's because the proof provided isn't conclusive enough.

-We do follow through on reports and monitor players constantly (just because *you* don't see us doesn't mean we aren't there). In most instances we intentionally don't let anyone know we're there (to avoid tipping hackers off).
-We hold daily events to add some diversity to your game-play experience
-We don't play favorites. If someone violates the rules, friend or not, there will be consequences. I don't know why people perpetrate this myth; there are no untouchables.
-We don't make the rules, nor do we script/communicate with the devs. We're basically just enforcers - think of us as the police.

We do what we do because we care about the server and we truly want to benefit all of its denizens. We take all of your complaints to heart and try and respond to them in a viable manner.

Being an AM is like a second job. I personally work in an OR from 5 AM - 3:30 PM on a daily basis. After an extremely stressful day (understatement) I get home then promptly log in to attend to my AM duties. I never log in on my normal character due to the amount of time I spend investigating reports on my AM. As a result, my legion (formerly #1 Elyos legion on my server) has fallen apart, and my toon went from ranked within the top 3 of Elyos to unranked. That's just part of the sacrifice that AMs have to make.

I understand that many of you are frustrated for a plethora of reasons, but please don't belittle our contributions in an attempt to vent. It's extremely difficult to moderate a population as large as Gamez; that being said we are doing our best to deal with hackers. There's a strict protocol that needs to be adhered to whenever we ban someone. Even if we see it happen, if it's not recorded we can't ban anyone. Don't stop submitting videos! Your vigilance is one of the main factors that will result in the number of hackers going down.

I'd like to close by saying that you all should continue to voice your concerns (in a respectful manner). They won't be addressed unless we hear about them. Even if it feels like staff doesn't care chances are that if you've complained about it, we're planning on addressing it in the near future.
