Solved Server selection and name change ticket

Hi I moved a toon from Siel to Lumiel yesterday and now i cant get the server selection button to work.I managed tro get it work once yesterday but now it wont work again.Second thing is i didnt recieve my name change ticket cause i had deleted one with the same name not long before i transfered thew toon over so i have to change the name,I didnt get a ticket.Some help with these issues please

 

you only get a name change ticket if you transfer a character with a name that already exists in the destination server. About the server selection its a server-side issue and you will just have to retry multiple times but in a manner that you must wait some minutes before u try to login again after clicking the server select button.

but u wrote here that you deleted it BEFORE you did the transfer that means no same name char exists in the destination server? OK I'm confused.

 

If by doesn't work you mean " I get reconnect " wait 30 seconds and then try again.

 

Ok i will keep on trying but about the name change the name wasnt completely deleted from Lumiel and by the time the transfer was complete it gave me the name i had before with the _UNK at the end of the name so i should have gotten a name change ticket never got one

ok so what about that name change ticket that still isnt resolved

the deletion wasnt complete the the transfer was so there was a toon was the same name thats why i now have _UNK at the end of Shootest

 

Apparently you are not the only one who is missing their name change ticket. Another player reported the same to me about not receiving a ticket. I tested it myself and you're both right, I didn't receive one either even though my name was changed to _UNK. Another bug to add to the list I guess
