Server switch mess no change name ticket for unk

Hi i switched servers an it says that u are to recieve a name change ticket if u have a name already on that server. Few of my friends have had this problem as well . Demitra helped a freind Shootest with this problem got him a new name change ticket may i please ask if u can send one to my character Jezabelle on lumi server . Also the charas i have switched over to lum from siel when i go to buy a house it tells me you have to do the home for a devas quest . I have already finiished this story line how do we fix this problem . Thank you verry much
