Server transfer service problem. please help

Hi
My old legionmate is in lumiel right now, and he requested the transfer with 1.5k,
but it didn't work for 2 days.
SO he decided to tell am about it, and as a result he got the credit back.

He tried the transfer again, found out that it is not working for a long time.

He is not getting his credit back even though he emailed and sent massages to gms.
What can i do to help him?

 

Is he doing something wrong?

Like the char he want's to trasfer has a legion? D:

 

nope no legion, has only one char in his account.
Nothing is a problem here. T^T

 

These are what i mean:

• You cannot transfer a player within a legion
• You cannot transfer to a server with more than 7 players in your account on that server
• Your account must be offline during the transfer
• Your account must have 1500 credits to start the transfer
• Your player abyss points will not be transferred
• Your player friends list will not be transferred
• All broker items will not be transferred
• All player mail will not be transferred
• If another player has the same name, "_UNK" will be added at the end of your name and you will be given a name change ticket

 

i know he read all the rules, yet nothing is wrong.
