    Mr. GM -- please save me.
    I performed 4th character transmission this morning.
    However, it failed again.
    1500 credits were paid.
    transmitting my character there -- ? -- if I perform, it will fail.

    Refunded again.

    Seriously, take some of the items out of your warehouse or inventory before you try to Transfer. No idea why you keep failing the transfer for some reason.
