Shackle of Vulnerability

Please, anyone can say me where I can buy the Shackle of Vulnerability? (Advanced stigma stone) I loock in this shops... but nothing

there r like 4 different stigma shops, u found just 2 of them (of which 1 is for normal stigmas, not advanced).

1. the one in the abyss
2. the one above crafting hall for normal stigmas (that u found)
3. there should be another around the same place for advanced (its in the same room for asmos, ill check elyos side later)
4. the teleport statue near the teleporter takes u to a separate room with another abyss shop with the highest level advanced stigmas

there is a chance they took the stigma out but check all 4 shops first
