    Shai Awakening Quest​
    Bug Description:
    Quests: Shai Awakening Quest line
    After i finished all Shai awakening quests i saw that i cant learn awakening skills.
    It says "You must learn [Talent "Melody of Light] to learn the selected skill.
    All my quest line is finished - its 27/27 quests total.
    When i talk to <Wandering musician> ARTINA it gives me option to obrain "Melody of Light" knowledge
    But nothing happens when im speaking with her.
