    Shattered Star Fragment doesn't give skill XP​
    Bug Description:
    It's able to exchange the shattered star fragments (https://bdocodex.com/us/item/44406/?sl=1) into skill xp but you get nothing .. is this a bug or consciously?​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    exchange them at npc .. nothing happen​
