Sherekan part

I'm trying to drop the sherekan part, it's been about 200 hours, is it normal that it doesn't drop for such a long time on a streamlined server or is it a bug? Will there be an event for this soon?

 

Hehe...there are SO many players who are unable to graps the idea of Random. Now I am not trying to make you sound dim, or to make fun of your situation, but No; there is no bug, and there is probably not going to be an event either.

You see the drop rates for those parts are Extremely low, so even with all the drop rate bonuses you can get, ontop of the server bonuses, you could get it within a minute of trying, or pretty much never...although that is probably an exaggeration, but all in all it is going to take a LONG time.
