Should Fort NPC be spawned back ?

Hi guys, as a crafter I was wondering where to get Carved Red Blue white and green master fragment ? It was said to be sold by npc telos ( elyos ) and npc macar ( asmo ) they both sell regular supplement. However the npc wasnt spawned already due to some reasons. I am wondering if any GM can talk to carl about spawning them back so that we can craft ? I need those white red blue and green fragment. Mobs dont drop them. Please help. I am going to make a poll too.

Yeah Its really difficult to enchant without regular supps

 

wonder if Gm ever care or see this

 

I am really curious what were the reasons to remove those npcs, as the enchanting rate is ƒucked up till maximum 0.o

 

Yes they must be spawned back
we need those NPCs .... badly!!! =)

 

This is part of their strategy. We will be forced to donate credits just to buy enchant stones...
