should i reinstall?

    i reformatted my computer and updated to windows 7 so i had to reinstall aion...now when i open it it closes right on the NCSoft screen and just says something caused it to not work , yes im running it from the gamez patch and not NCSofts launcher, its set to english, i tried repairing and its the same error...anyone know a fix before i just reinstall the whole thing? thanks >.<

    if ur net speed doensot suck at all then completely remove aion lol : o and download agian :3 ( well dont consider this as the best idea just wait untill if someone gives u a better idea :D )

    Make sure you have the latest direct x, and driver updates.

    check drivers
    install latest drivers

    if still doesnt work

    rename bin32 to bin32old
    run ncsoft launcher
    update
    run game via ncsoft retail. if it enters

    install gamezaion launcher and other patches

    good luck


    ps: since your win7, always run as admin.

    "something caused it not to work" is that an aion error message? or the typical windows message when a program freezes
