    really? seriously?? ..wanna know what would be fair? casting & attack spd scrolls unstackable~ spell & crit [atk & resist] aswell~ so players needs to switch scrolls accordingly, specially with the conditioned wings thingy

    Except for in the events.. i have to wait 2 minutes to put all scrolls on before i start , pfft.

    Where's the "It doesn't make any difference" button???

    If you remove the cool down, Spiritmasters will whine about it since it's one of their skills, to remove buffs even scrolls. But if you don't remove the cool down, it's something everyone are used to. It doesn't matter to me, really. Though I use a lot of scrolls and foods.

    Just decrease to 5 sec and GG
    But if increase time duration, so will screw up even more sales, I think the time should not increase, but decrease the CD just because it is ridiculous wait 15 sec to use a scroll, just riculous, 5 seconds is fine

    I always thought this would be a good idea but never actually spoke of it
    but if scrolls really had no cool down it would balance the game more at the end of the day
    reason why is, because everyone would focus on making element resistant scrolls
    and buff the scrolls easily(which no one does now because of the huge cooldowns) so
    the balance between classes/skills would would have a little more balance with the help from scrolls

    Well im cleric and i use all scrolls i can it took me away like 5-6 minutes to put em and at the last scroll i put i already must start from beggining but STILL i preffer to have cooldown time cause think if u got SM infront of u and boom he debuff u and what??? 2 sec later ure full scrolled again comee on :) so yeh i vote no leave it how it is its frustrating but fair.

    I don't think anyone can stay fully scrolled for long lol
    This is how it works
    You start scrolling and by the time u get to the last scroll then first one is almost about to expire so you have to start the non-ending cycle lol
