    Siege Ch cannot correctly recognize Server change cooldown when node war is in progress​
    Bug Description:

    I'm not sure if it has something to do with Guild Base Server.
    There are two cases when Siege Ch does not recognize Server change cooldown
    1. Force move like in the video, then ctd
    2. It will be stuck in a server change cooldown window and will not move.
