[Siel] Phuong - Speed Hacker

I came across this player in the Abyss with no Flight Speed Scroll on who managed to be faster than me and he appeared to be jumping on my screen, I was a little laggy so i decided to watch him for awhile incase it was just my lag.

But as you can see in the video, he manages to move out of my sight even without a Flight Speed Scroll on whereas i do have one on.

Sadly, some of our GM commands aren't functioning right, But when the commands come back, this one will be taken care of.
