Sigh, *facepalm* company needs better hamsters

Just bought a game and it said that the limited edition was included, 1 hour later for some reason all the info about the limited edition got removed, and after checking by mailing them for some reason i didn't order that one but just the plain normal one.

So i simply decided to cancel it, had to mail them again and i got the fabulous response of that it is already being packed and everything.

I mean it will be released on 27 oct., then how the hell is it being packed already!?

I wonder if i should stay with the normal Battlefield 3 or simply pre-order another one and resend the normal one?
Never played BF and i was kind of wondering if those limited edition stuff are worth it =,=
