    This is good stuff. :> Good tutorials, but I'm still unsure on how you got the water splash stock on there without the white part on top showing, even with a lower opacity it would show.

    Did you rend it? Because that would take forever. D=~

    what I did was I set blend mode to multiply for the splash, since multiply blend mode does not include light colors such as white. That was for the 'dark' part of the splash. I copied the splash then set the copy's blend to screen for the 'lighter' parts of the stock, and erased bits which i didn't want.

    Edit: maybe i should make a guide about layer blending and stuff D:

    That explains it perfectly. Thanks so much for the tutorial. I'll try and do something tomorrow and give you an outcome. :>
