    what if the person is not mr but then i use signet of silence alot so would be nice when it does go on even if for only 5 secs or 30 secs that it works and people cant carry on fearing me of healing themsleves like it does when i get silenced cant use my skill

    hmm... i played my sin yesterday, was in inggi fighting a sorc, i was sure i poped radiant rune on him and was looking at his skill bar to see if it had an effect, to chase him, saw the effects but he casted blind leap, and thought he potted it, so i didn't mind much, so now i guess i'll have to test this, sometimes it's the lag that's causing the issue.
