Solved Silver always 0

Since today I am not getting any silver in my pocket, it stays on a new character at 0, or on my old character same as yesterday. For now I stop playing on this server

the thing is, I play'd without any problem, but now the money in pocket not going up anymore and on a new character it stays at 0

 

Is it that your pet isn't picking it up off the ground or is it silver not dropping for you at all? Can you sell things to Npc and get silver or is it just drops?

 

I sold something and nothing in pocket, I removed 500000 from Bank and when I draw money from auction house, still the 500k

 

I have 5 pets and they always picking. All was good until today, today they money stays, if I sell or buy anything, same

 

I get drops when I sell the drops, I still have 0 in pocket or same amount I had yesterday

 

I recognised it when I startet to play on my archer today, after I was already lcl 20 I had still 0 in pocket. I withdrawed from bank and at lcl 32 still this 500000 in pocket even I sold a lot drops

 

Have you checked in storage?
By default, cash is placed there.
Once upon a time silver "weighed"

 

I did, and really I even loged on another char, sold something, checked money from storage and pocket ( wrote it down) and all a had sold was gone and no money counted up

 

I am not a Newbie play'd retail BDO long time, and as I said all was good until yesterday, then I did not get any mooney in pocket or Bank after 20 lvl

 

it looks like a scary movie, someone sucking my money.. idk if this server have any GM's... so they can check

 

Write to @noyah and describe the problem.
They'll check the logs and maybe they can do something.

 

hmmm? I am not a kolka what ever.. I am a woman from Austria. But anyway.. after I relogged now it is fixed. So money is coming in again when I am selling something. Ta for reply
