    Bug Description:
    It seems that the enhancement rates of Silver Embroidered Clothes are quite less than it should be.

    But it is like normal accessoires or even worse.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Try to enhance Silver Embroidered Clothes on +1 with 0 FS.

    Just tested, yes its 30% and its work fine, form 1000 attempts got 312 success with 0fs from 0 to +1 on 14019 costume
