how much MA needed for a sin to land 90% of its stuns?

SET = FULL ARBITER
ACCES = FULL SHEPHERD +5 ALL (not using dupe TS) crying for my 10k cred to enchants my acces..if i have known... i just waited for the dupe TS XD....

you need about 99999 MA to do the 100% stunning hit

well its not about on having a high MA its about on how you use it and hit with your killer combos

like ambush then venomous strike then shadowfall and the quickening doom it penetrates even if they activated their remove shock buff then fang strike and then the stun rune BANG Game Over

Just use Oath of Accuracy and Slayer Form, you'll land most of your stuns at a pretty consistent rate. If that isn't enough, you can precast Killer's Eyes before Rune Bursting for the added +300 and stun penetration bonus. Most clerics/chanters using Arbiter gears will have 2.5-2.7k MR. If you'd want a guarantee 90% stun chance, then you'll need 2k+ MA (which is obtainable with OoA and Slayer Form).

Also, the runes got their Magic Accuracy boosted a few patches ago, so they should land pretty consistently without additional MA (Unless they have Unwavering Devotion/Rise/Break Away/Calming Whisper on).
