Amazing how that works out. Wanna guess as to who gets the blame on this. It starts with Jun and ends with gler.

I have outposted not only Aegis but every single person here. TBH between all my accounts from my very first main to my multiple alts and the several dozen other or so that are banned I probably well over 20k posts. And that's just here. But the most impressive thing is that I actually have a life with a job, friends, AND manage to stay in great physical shape.

Several problems here. First of all you say you workout but you don't go into detail with the type of workouts you do. You need to vary your workouts. If you don't then your body will plateau. If you have the time then go pirate(ARGH) a program like P90X. Also sugar and spice and chemical X are only good for making Powerpuff Girls and are not part of a healthy diet, you need to have a healthy diet with a good mix of carbs, protein, fruits, and vegies. Also go to a good store like GNC and get a good protein shake.

Well, if you look at most basketball players, they are just very lean and not ripped. Most, not all. People like Dwight Howard and LeBron were just gifted with inhuman bodies.

Playing basketball will burn fat if you run a lot. To put on muscle you have to lift weights, varying it every single day (do arms one day, legs another, etc.). You can do P90X or Insanity like Beastie said, but those programs take you to another level. Also, you need to remember the most important thing. Diet. Building muscle is 50% breaking it down (through workouts) and 50% building it stronger (through the food you eat). Also, if you eat unhealthy, burning fat won't be easy either.

 

Dieting, carbs, and heavy workouts will get you ripped.

you will know its working when you can feel it the next day.

 

And if you're lazy and don't want to go the hard work route there's always anabolic steroids! Though you do have the risk of ****ing up your cicrulatory system and dying from a heart attack before you're 30.

 

Don't do steroids. The idea of working out is to get HEALTHY. Steroids defeat this purpose. Do you want yellow skin?

 

Only cheaters and gay people take steroids.

 

And complete idiots because really nowadays theres so much legal stuff you can get from places like GNC that are just as good or better than than steroids without the nasty sideeffects.
