Solved Skill from accesories

I would like to ask if skills from accesories are stacking


so together it should be arrow strike +5 right ? then why it shows only +3 or it is just visual bug ?

 

No, it doesn't. If you got two accessories with the same skills but different levels, the skill with the highest level which is +3 in your case, will be activated. Make sure to equip the +2 first and only then +3.
If you take a closer look you'll definitely notice the difference between the skill boost colors:
