Skill Lvl problem

Hi,

Im kinda new to aion and stuff, i have a retail account but my highest is lvl 20 so some stuff are new to me. So I was on my 36 ranger today and a guy was asking how to get the ranger skills so a guy said //givemissingskills, so when i typed it it said that i learnt swift shot lvl9, and when i scrolled over my swiftshot it said lvl3, same as all my spells, they're all lvl3, lvl1 and stuff, and when i got to lvl 37, swift shot got to lvl4! is there are a way to get it to a higher lvl? because they arent doing much damage! same problem with all my high lvl chars =S please correct me if this is something ok...

heh its made to give the endgame levels (thats what ull see in chat) but in reality u get the highest scaling for ur current level, not a bug. get to 55, do it again, they will be lvl 9 ^^
