Skill Preset & Skill Add-On Issue​

Bug Description:

Unable to change skill add-ons and they are not visible from skill instructor menu​

How to reproduce/proof:

1. The skill add-on selections made prior to applying a preset will remain.
2. Apply skill preset
3. Visit skill instructor and attempt to add a skill add on for prior skills (they will not be visible as a selectable option)
4. Verify that the skill add on still exists for that skill from skill menu or K hotkey
5. Attempt to change the skill add on via instructor -> no change in effect or visibility

This forces the skill add-ons from before to remain and can not be changed​

 

I am also experiencing this issue.
