What is expected of the Skill: There is an exclusive and intended mechanic in Ninja's cc capabilities with these two skills. When you "engage" a target with flash bondage or follow a standing combo with it, you are able to follow it up with a serpent ascension and float the target. What this means is, as long as no previous knockdown has been applied before you land flash bondage and you allow the bound to go through on flash bondage, you are able to float them off the ground with serpent.

What the skill is doing: After using flash bondage for your first knockdown in a combo, there is no ability to float them afterward with serpent.​

How to reproduce/proof:

To reproduce, grab a target with flash bondage either during a combo that hasn't included a knockdown or as an initial attack, then follow it up with serpent ascension or filler -> serpent ascension. As long as the target has not rolled to get up and you do this without a previous knockdown in the combo, serpent should float. But it does not on these servers.
