Slow download speed from launcher -Help-

I had already downloaded quite a bit from the launcher so it would be quite sad to redownload from direct right from the start..
Is there a solution to get my normal download speed to the launcher
I read that turning off seeding and/or reducing the upload rate would help. But its without any.
My bro is downloading at his place with normal speeds and hes almost done.. So its not the seeders as i would normally assume..
Can someone please help?!

(i also tried torrent but it was almost exact speeds)

Np~~ try and follow the instruction there and download again, lets see whos faster. Lot ppl said its good than using launcher so i suggest u use it
