    O_O atks used can be hit objects within like 25m of "the users" target. Meaning if it targets a mob/pet/someone else. Whoever is within 25m of THAT gets hit. *shrugs.

    There was somone else the was within the 40m of her when she used the spell and then it also aplies to people withing 15-25m around her intial target. Also wrong place to report people. Use the report thread link that i have have in my sig.
