    I think that is given every 10 minutes (if I recall correctly). You can check in-game and try timing it yourself.

    +8gmt its every :02 of the hour + u also get a festive coin and u get it at every 20minutes or 15, this i'm not sure.

    maybe before it has 10 mins gap , but now, since we can get arcade tokens in that box, i think its already random.. i'm always online for almost 10 hours a day and haven't checked it for almost 3 days but when i checked the gm boxes in my inventory i only got 14 pcs.
