Smart guard issue

    Hi

    my launcher is working and the game is also up to date client 1223.. The problem is as i click on start button smart guard appears and then i get a message saying (Smart guard has decided to close this game session Error code 401)... My antivirus is disabled also firewall is off and still getting the same issue.. please help..

    Have you checked the list of Common Errors and Solutions?

    Make sure the game folder is set as an exemption in your firewall, antivirus, and windows defender. Turning them off does not always help. Also, make sure you do not have any third party software running, as the anticheat will block the launcher from running if they are detected.
