SmartGuard Problem

    something happened with my client and smartguard, i don't know why, suddenly when i log in suddenly my smartguard has a time count and my client is not read by the system? can anyone help with this solution

    Have you tried any work around? Like a Force Checking? I would advise you to do so.
    Open your Launcher, click Settings and then choose "Force Check".
    If it doesn't help, go to the following destinations and delete all in:
    C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO C\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO
    After that, reinstall your Launcher (launcher only, no need to reinstall the full client).
