    Smuggler is gone too early​
    Bug Description:
    Hi, I just wanted to discover altinova NPC's and arrived at night, the smuggler wanted that I first talk with other NPCS, so I walked around, then I did come back and he is gone, normally he should stay from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
