Even though Private server's motto's are too treat both donors and regulars equally and with the same respect (although that never happens) it's just donors get extra items in game that's the only difference (to a straight server). Does gamez not operate under some rules? It's the same legal loophole that let's Carl get money for this server by calling it a "donation". Donations are monetary sums that usually go out to foundations and such (they as in foundations have to operate under certain legal rules as well).
So from all the apparent "rules and fairness" gamez apparently set's up you just go about contradicting your self the entire time by poor decision making and bad staff.
If you think of it P-servers are set up like foundations except the recipients who gain the benefits from a said foundation are the ones who actually donate to it and keep it running.

 

She didn't take Civics, so it might be good to try something much simpler to understand, like apple pie.

 

the problem comes because the donors are stupid by default... not the ones who donate for a piece or two, but the crackhead donors who burn money. If the populace is stupid, control is easy my friend.

Oh and Carl better do some research into how big Lineage 2 servers have been taken down (about the same size as gamez) because even though you think legal loopholes keep you safe Carl they don't. Sites like Thepiratebay slowly get taken down after legal bombardment (yes thepiratebay is being sold). After all Carl if shit ever does hit the fan it's your one lawyer vs an Army of NCsoft juggernauts and some random fanboys that will come after you.
Now if someone wrote a nice well thought-out letter to NCsoft about an operation like this (and this one is quite big) and had a decent estimate of monetary gain (alot and shitton of alot) well then that would not be so nice now would it ^^ (just some food for thought).
