[Solved]90 day value pack didn't deploy correctly

I apologize if this is not the correct place. Its my first bug report here and I'm still working on navigating these forum.

Account was premi at the time and the pack was purchased in game with pearls before the time ran out. when it landed in my inventory I clicked on the pack and it deployed the scrolls properly and the energy potion. but not Merv's pallet, nore the weight bonuses.

Not sure what happened but I found a 90 value pack in my bank. I activated it and it seems to have fixed my issues. I still have just the 10 scrolls (no extra) so that's good. I'm terribly sorry if I just had a brain laps but I don't recall having the bank opened at the time I tried to use it, but if I did I'm very sorry for taking up anyone's time
