    Hello there,
    I recently decided to pick up BDO again and eagerly activated my Premium Membership. However, after doing so, I realized that the premium is not activating in game. I have re-logged multiple times closing out of the launcher entirely. I am unsure what to do or if I may have inadvertently done something wrong.

    Have you tried another channel? Some icons on channel 1 are not showing, and it usually only takes a relog for the premium to activate.
