Some Cleric Skills don't work

Hi I was just wondering if you gm's knew that Cure mind, Dispell and Splendor of Purification don't work. these are cleric skills that are essentials when killing a boss (Lannok) or any other boss that stuns a person, is also needed for pvping for when an sm fears you or a member. I'm not sure if you guys are aware of it, or if you guys are working on it, but it'd be great if you can give me an update on this skills and why they don't work.
