Some Lvl 65 instances is restricted?

Hi,
I need to know if Eternal bastion, Danuar requilary, Iluminary obelisk and Infinity shard will work in near future?
For example at front of Eternal bastion entrance is some collapsed rocks that blocked entrance.
Also i need to know if Arena of glory is restricted or bugged?
If on this server that worked all quests, crafting recipes and instances like official server, gamez will be absolute the best private server..
Maybe in near future this server is allowed all things and will be populated with many players.
Please make work all quests and instances, some players wish to play aion not only for pvp and is many another beautiful and interesting things exist in aion but now is bugged or restricted.
