Some PR suggestions

Hello, i have some suggestions to the staff. I play here for a couple of weeks. I started cuz i saw mass population, verry good features and well managed forum. And i thought there must be verry good Staff team to handle it. Cuz when there is good Staff team it means there is future for this server.
But lately i dont see the things that i liked at the first place. And i will explain my self.

1. For me is important to see the Staff united. I understand that every group/organisation/team has his cracks. But you must keep it behind the ppl`s eyes. Cuz when someone see Admins confront each other and make some ironic war on public. This never works! And that donr draws new ppl. I think you already saw whats happen when stuffs like this go on public... I dont mean to hide but you can do your conversations face to face and talk private just make announcement what is done.

2. The forum... Its kinda mess atm. i mean the time when the server crash and needs restart. I know there are issues, bugs and problems. Its understandable every thing required time. But when server fall the forum is spammed by threads like "Server Crash!!!" and they are all over. That dont make good impression. You can make announcement thread with the situation with some info to calm the ppl and clear the useless spamming threads. That kind of thread was made before by one of the Staff team and it seems to work fine. Maybe the open announcement was abit useless cuz most of ppl dont read the beggining just see spamm and release his rage:lol:. But main thing is more info is required about the situation and clearing the bad impression.

And my oppinion is that threads where Staff members discribe theyr work are pointless. And only leads to pointless posts. I understand you want to be appreciated for your work but i dont think thats the right way. It just look cocky.Cuz you know talk is cheap. I know you do it for free and admire that, but also you made your own choice to waste your time with it. Then waste it with purpose. Iam sure that ppl will appreciate more the completed work more then the words.

Well, that was all that i wanted to say (maybe i lost my thoughts :w00t. Lets make it clear i dont wanna offend anyone thats why didnt use names, cuz the staff team should be one, and any mistake is for everyone as well as succes. Its just friendly suggestion.
