Some Problem Server

Hello, I was play here 2 years ago, now I come back, I have 4 elyos characters, 3 of them in Siel server, but I cant see Siel in server list? Its closed? So character without legion I transferred to Lumiel, but how to transfer other 2 characters, cuz they in legion? And I cant leave legion, because I cant see Siel server...

what s your game version? can you check please? gamez is atm 5.0. If there s no server listed at all, then i m pretty sure that your game is outdated.

also getting this message, I add screenshot too. but after press ok, game load normally, but only Lumiel server, there no server list..

there I cant see server list, I getting logged to Lumiel automatically, so I transferred Phenphae to Lumiel, but my characters In Siel in legion so I cant transfer. Well I made video about full process. *removed*

 

Okay, I see what you mean. You're getting a common error everyone can get from time to time. All you need to do is keep hitting reconnect until you reach the server list without dcing. Also, I removed the video from public because you shared your ID. Other Staff members will be able to see it if needed.

 

ahh oki, ty I thought that some bug, because I was play long time ago here, its like more than 2 years +. many thing can change in game. oki I go try reconecting

 

When you hit reconnect, wait about 30 seconds before typing in your information and if you're still getting disconnected, keep trying, it works out in the end.
