Idk i kinda like my idea , saving the bones...we could use your idea throw the bones inside the acid to extract the protein from them and make it into jello....serve it at the funeral...o.o just a thought.

You cant get dna from a dissolved body in a Acid solution.

You can get dna from poop.

In any case, your solution requires lots of time. Maybe is good for some sort of vengeance where you want to feel great about making others suffer your punishment.

About 20 years ago, there was a case like that.
The criminal killed someone on a farm a throw the body to some 20 hungry pigs. And it was as you wrote, even the bones where chewed up. But! there is always a but, they found a finger in the pigs poop, still had its finger prints. When they dig it it further, pieces of smashed bone appeared, and enough proof to know that a particular individual, fully identified afterwards, had been killed. The case went several years unresolved since the culprit couldn´t be found, but it eventually was.

More interesting was the case of a murdered person that was pulverized by a leave pulverizer machine. The biggest piece was no larger than 1 centimeter spread in a area of 200mt considering the propellant force of the machine plus wind conditions in the lapse of a week or so; but enough to be found and identified, eventually.

People has been keen to found very creative and interesting ways to kill people and dispose of the bodies, yet it is always found.

The acid thing in this factory is the cause of the complete physical dissapereance of human bodies at a yearly rate. These acids are so strong that there is nothing left, yet again, acquiring that level of material round up the numbers of people and institutions capable of doing that to a few.

Actually the best way to kill someone and not to be a suspect, if you think of it very logically, is by doing it in a very common way, in a place that is not your recurrent point of visit, and someone you have no allegedly relation with, by surprise, and in silence. Than thinking in overly complex ways. Of course it is never a 100% certainty, it never will.
