Next time you need to search for something like NPC or a certain place, always do /pathfinding <insert NPC/Place name here>
Most of the time it works. If it doesn't which happens in some cases, you could check Aion Database or Aion Armory. If these websites still don't help then that's time you ask in forum or to any AM online in-game
