Something Isn't Right

Alright, so at this point I'm contemplating quitting because retail wasn't even this bad. The server is great, but there's something wrong with enhancing for me. My Kzarka refuses to go passed +15. 15 attempts later and it still sits there at +15. My Dande also refuses to go passed DUO, and even when trying to get it back to DUO it always fails PRI->DUO 6-9 times in a row. I've only been able to do 4 TRI attempts so far because that's about 20-30 failed PRI->DUO attempts in total. No, these aren't exaggerations either.

Some would say I'm lucky because I now have an unlimited amount of valks that are 20+ each, but what good are saved fail stacks if I can never get a chance to use them? But anyway, what do?

Update: After 19 tries, it's finally PRI.
