something weird about voting

    everything was ok since yesterday, cause of my net problem i had to play in game net for a while and since then I cant vote anymore, not in office / net shop / my friend house / ...... I donno what happen all I did was playing in game net and try to vote in different location but all of them says you already voted 0.o
    any suggestion? I have to w8 till my connection gets back? playing in game net /shop ... is forbidden ?
