Sorc attack speed

So me and my sorc friends are having an issue about the attack speed, we both has 250-400+ ping, our attck speed became slower than the usual, its like we dont have woc2 and attack speed tome fuse and attvk speed title. On 4.5 this never occured to us, but now using sorc is like the toon is carrying some weight because sometimes it moves so slow like a slug. Also, about my toon, why am I still a General, my abyss is just 90k now, I dont too much abyss to Amba now because whenever I die 10-20k abyss are reduced to me. So please fix this, this is what I want to report. Feel free to examine my char.

 

Rank is based on GP after rank1, not ap. You'd think people would notice it by now considering that the ranking window says 0 on required ap, but nope....
