Sorc Casting Problem

    After yesterday update... when sorc cast sleep storm/sleep/tree casting speed doesnt apply .... with buffs : magic boost 10% , vaziel 25% , Boon of quickness 50% , scroll 9% , weapon 20% ...casting sleep = 2sec :D

    please resolve this bug

    p.s. other skills works good

    no sorc noticed this problem?.....

    i guess all sorc are raging bout dmg decrease :))

    i have noticed an increase in casting
    i guess all the "instant casting QQ" paid off

    insta cast still works for dmg skills....but not for cc (crowd control) skills

    BOQ or other casting skills(scrolls) doesn't increase casting time of (fear,curse of roots,sleep,sleep storm etc)

    it seems that mobs break casting too
    or maybe its just me
    as well when i went to pvp and i encountered a sm it changed me into a fire spirit and all my scroll/food/buffs disappeared once i got out of it

    it actually did boq+magic boost+scroll=instant cast of crowd control skills
    it has recently been changed tho
