    att speed +8%?
    or
    casting speed +8%?

    Casting Speed Items are the Best , You're a spellcaster.
    However , when combining two tomes (armfusion) , it is better if you combine a +20% attack speed tome because the 20% casting bonus of one only tome will be kept.
    ps: If you're about to combine abg + masta , put masta up , it has highier base stats :p


    EDIT: +8% Casting Speed , not Casting Time ;)
    It makes you cast faster , yes.
