    This skill increases your casting speed permanently instead of temporarily. So after the skill you keep attacking with an insane speed.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Use Cartian Nightmare and keep Space pressed for about half a minute. It's best to try it on training dummies because there your shards refill faster.​
