Bug Description:

When you use Midnight stinger you should recieve a cit chance bonus
Skill: Midnight stinger + Eruption of guilt

on the buff bar you can see you "recieve" the buff but it doesnt really apply it.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Create sorc on gamez and use the skill and test with Dream of doom for example - crit rate is still very slow
Then create sorc on retail (repeat same steps) - can see monsters take higher critical hits by A LOT​
