    please fix the sorce's casting speed..
    its sooooo slow even with my full instant cast buffs...
    it still do 4sec of casting my glacial shard :sad:


    i read about the robe so i dont have any problem about it...
    just this casting speed.....

    An announcement was made earlier about server going down to fix cast speed
    Should be up by now after the quick maintenance
